Anxiety is a prevalent struggle for many, often leaving individuals feeling overwhelmed and lost. However, incorporating spiritual self-care into daily routines can offer profound relief. Many Christians have been shared to me testimonies of how prayer, meditation on scripture, and community support have transformed their experiences with anxiety. For instance, one believer might recount how turning to the Psalms during moments of distress provided solace and reminded them of God's steadfast love and presence. Another person describes me how the power of group prayer, finding strength and courage in vulnerability among fellow believers help him.
